hi everyone, this time I will explain briefly about OPINION & THOUGHT

OPINION

Is one of the English material that you have ever been in school. This material was obtained during middle school and was studied again in high school. Everything that happens in this life, of course, everything that raise, of course. everything that raise the pros and cons. Then people give their views or opinions about events that are happening.

no need to go far into the world, everything happens in the family environment there must be a cause for dissent. well, state an opinion called material, let's just look at the following content :

Asking Opinion  or Giving Opinion

• In my opinion.....
• I think.....
• What I mean is.....
• Personally I think.....
• In my experience.....
• According to me.....
• I strongly believe that.....
• As far as I am concerned.....
• From my point of view.....
• As I understand.....

Agreeing with an Opinion

• Of course.
• This is absolutely right.
• I agree with this opinion.

Disagreeing with an opinion

• I am sorry, I don't agree with you.
• I am not sure I agree with you.
• I don't agree with you.
• I am afraid I have to disagree with you.
• I do not believe that.
• By this I mean.....
• I disagree with you.
• I think you are wrong.
• That's not the same thing at all.
• It is not justified to say so.
• I am not convinced that.....
• I can't say I agree with this, and here's why.....

Examples of dialogue about Opinions:

Danu:  What’s your opinion of smoking?

Ical:  I’m not sure. For me, it’s important that children do not smoke.

Danu:  But do you think it’s a good idea that people can smoke in shops and buses?

Ical:  I don’t think so. Children use buses too.

Danu:  So what do you think about stopping smoking everywhere in Jakarta?

Ical:  I think that’s a good idea.

DIALOGUE OPINION

Conclusion:

So what do you think about stopping smoking everywhere in Jakarta? (asking opinion)

I think that’s a good idea. (agree with an opinion)

THOUGHT

Defintion and Using Thoughts (Conjunction)

Though as a conjunction (conjunction) starts an adverbial clause and relates it to the main clause in a complex sentence. The adverbial clause can be in front or in the middle of a sentence. If in front of a sentence, a comma is usually pinned afterwards to separate it from the main clause.

Though at the Beginning of Sentence:

adverbial clause (though + S + V +/- ...) +, + main clause (S + V +/- ...)

Thoughts at the End of Sentences:

main clause (S + V +/- ...) + adverbial clause (though + S + V +/- ...)

Examples of dialogue about Thought:

Danu: "Hi, what are you doing John?"

Ical: "Oh, just thinking about activities that I should do after this, could you help me?"

Danu: "Of course, with pleasure. So, what can I help you?"

Ical: "Help me think about what I've just said."

Danu: "Ok. Hmm, you like reading books, right? Maybe you can go to the Oklahoma Library."

Ical: "Great idea, and what should I do after that?"

Danu: "You like playing games too, right? Just play your favorite game at home."

Ical: "Yea, you're right."

Danu: "And in the evening, you can watch your favorite show. The Quiz, right?"

Ical: "Yea, great advice man, thank you very much"

Danu: "Glad to help."

Introduce my name is arya ramandanu Roy carol rais used to call danu I now sit in his high school 11th grade at 27 state high school yesterday I studied at home for a few months till New Year I haven't been able to go out for a few months and I'm glad I've had a lot of time with my family even at home, and all I've felt during study in this house is that I feel like home-schooled but underpaid, by studying in a home like this I can be more responsible for the duties given by a teacher, even though sometimes the duties are somewhat overwhelming but we must be able to enjoy.
